You can play with what is here + the two quick fixes...no patch really needed for now. May be in a few weeks when sufficient "need for change" will be there

I would really want the Saint Petersburg no depot bug fixed so I can play the GNW.

The bug is only graphical, the depot is built. It does not prevent playing, just annoying...when you build Saint Petersburg the matter will disappear.
