Rebuilding the Austrian army

So I lost all of Eugene's forces but gladly he himself was saved from death.
I just can't see any of the lost regiments in the force building mode.
Do they come back or are they lost forever? I would love to get those cuirassiers and German infantry back.

It was a case of the Franco-Spanish blocking my supply line! I got outmanouvered by a better player.

I would need to a save of your last 3 turns to double check. May be one reason is that you have already too many Austrian regiments on the map

Yeah, I believe the starting Austrian units exceed the force pool for Austria (being the professional army) so they don't come back for being rebuilt.
Personally, I think it should remain this way, as it's already quite difficult to win this scenario as the French.

If that's the case at least give some cuirassiers to the force pool.
