Ledger Counter Fix Plus

maybe it's just me being anal about the graphics... but i'm missing some (two) button graphics in the ledger. List of Forces view (F1) under sub factions is missing african colonies for GER(CP) and something similar for RUS(EE).
attached are two (2) .png images. no replacements, so easy to add to your EAW install.

edit: added updated mod, now 'Ledger Counter Fix Plus'.
11 more 'Counter_OnMap' .png-images that seemed to be missing...
maybe not so important... still, i always use this mod. hope it helps.
