Leader Graphic Mod

Hi all:
I'm planning to do some work on modding in missing leader pics and will post them in this thread as I finish them.
If anyone else has done any work on leader pics, please feel free to post your work here as well, it'll save me time and effort!
These won't be perfectly matched with the in-game graphics. The source photo quality may be lower in some cases and there're some other things that'll be a bit off as well.
I'm not able to recreate the sepia overlay the official pics have in photoshop very well f.e., or the softer edges the pics have in the portrait screen or the slightly cartoonish look overall and I'm still working out the sizing and other details.
Anyhow, these should be better than nothing and I think they still end up looking quite decent in game in spite of my lack of skill!

Nice looks. You'll soon find out that the British/German/French are the easy ones...finding good (or even "not bad") photos for Russians, Turks, or other not-so-famous leaders is just a nightmare. Massi did a hell of a good job considering the quality of some sources.

Yeah, absolutely. The pics already in game are fantastic, really love them!
I did a ton of work on modding in new leaders for PON, so I kind of know the deal.
Fortunately I have a lot of old military yearbooks and a pretty good collection of photos and links, so I think I'll be able to find some decent stuff.
There actually used to be a fantastic Russian language site for the Russian generals of the WWI era, with hundreds of pics. I'll have to check my stuff and find where it is, hopefully it's still around, if so it was a veritable gold mine. I know from experience that the Turks are pretty well impossible to find anything good for though

If not, no worries, I know you guys are a couple games beyond EAW at this point. Just wanted to make the offer in the off chance it's of any use.

On the French generals, yes indeed.
I have too many irons in the fire now, working on pics for the Napoleon game and also on my PON leader mod and plenty of rl stuff, but one of my future plans is to actually add in a great deal of the generals who are missing. I feel like France is the nation that needs new leaders the most, so they'll be top of the list once I start the project.
