Wallenstein not leaving

Hi the Wallenstein dismissed event occurred two turns ago, yet he is still in the game. His card is flashing tho, so I don't know what is going on.
No need to respond. I checked the event and he has a 35% chance to leave in Jan 1630, and a 50% chance to leave in December 1630.
Event tho says that he leaves the game (and is replaced by two buffoons)...maybe rewriting the event to make it clearer that Wallenstein has a "chance" of leaving..
