I noticed that I've been able to build depots with just one supply wagon unit. That is different from every other Ageod game I own and from what the TYW's manual states which is that TWO (2) supply wagon units are needed to build depot.

Is this a bug? Or did TYW change the requirements needed to build a depot?

The manual its not exact here. You need 4 elements to build a depot. You will need 2 supply units of two elements or one of 4 elements.
