Alternate buttons ?

Hello,
I tried to use the alternate posture buttons in the options but it didn't work.
If I select it without restarting, normal buttons stay on screen but you can't use them anymore. Clicking on them does nothing.
If I select it and restart, there are just no buttons at all.
No problem at all with the normal posture buttons.
Seems like the alternate buttons were not implemented into this game.
