TYW Static Flag Mod

Hi !
Here is a mod that replaces the waving Flags with static ones:

Thirty Years' War\TYW\Graphics\Factions\Cityscape Flags
...and override the existing files (you may want to do a backup of the original files).

I have also made a mod that removes the moving smoke above the coat of arms in pillaged regions and replaced that with a static fire graphic above the coat of arms.
If anybody wants this mod i can upload it too.

Hi!
I will be interested on the pillaged region icon.
I much prefer the old style pillage icons than the new smoke, wich is neither nice looking nor easy to see...

Can I use this on my Steam version, and if so any idea where the files will be? I've downloaded the zip but after 20 minutes of searching I still can't find where the files should go.
I hate the waving flags and once knew how to fix it in CW2 but can't remember.
Anyway, if you can produce a fix Wiggum I shall be grateful.
I wish there were options to turn off flickering things - like those bloody emoji things on the right of the screen as I type this.
