It is apparently possible to play the game in several different languages.

But how about the manual?

Is there a German version of the manual?

This is, after all, a game about Germany...

Unfortunately the manual is only in English. Translating manual is a long and costly operation and usually we only have one languages (sometimes 2 with French in some cases, more rarely other languages as they are done by volunteers)
