Hannover is annexed but has not "vanished", it's still part of the game, even in absence...

True. But why get a CB against a country that is annexed? There isn't anything to invade/fight/conquer.

Hannover war ruled by Britain, and if you look George is shown as leader. Also, the Brits get KGL troops.
