Trading regions via diplomacy

Just as there is the possibility to paint regions for the AI to focus on, a similar method for painting regions in the map to offer to another faction in a deal would be good addition.

I agree. As the French, I took Gilbrater. I am allied with Spain and would love to give that city to them.

Yes, a great idea and a major diplomacy element missing is Cede Region. It might cost some NM and/or VP's but it would gain popularity with the nation given the region. Plus there should be no casus belli making the deal bad.

This would be great because Nappy did not for the most part conquer Europe, he created puppet states.
