Things I would like to see fixed in the Offical Patch

1. When an Ally finally agress to "Request Expeditionary Forces", they actually make troops available to play.
2. When a major power surrenders to you with an offer of money, the money is actually paid to you. { Be nice to know when it should arrive. What does "1222 pounds during 1 year" mean?}
