Mecklenburg has no units

Not sure if WAD or not, but Mecklenburg does not have any units whatsoever, even in its only town. They should at least have a garrison brigade and some arty and a commander or two.

Oldenburg fort (Minden) also has no units, as well as their town in the north. Again, not sure if a bug of WAD, but they should have at least some garrison troops, if not a tiny army.

Yes, WAD, they had no forces. Although they can raise Militias by their own and will have auto-garrisons if attacked.
