turn date wrong, revision 1.3

I have the Steam version of WON, patched to 1.3.
Playing the January 1805 scenario, my turn date indicator increments by months instead of weeks, eg in the Feb 18-25 turn, my date shows July 1805. My PBEM opponent's date shows properly, as the Feb 18-25.
Anyone have a clue as to what's wrong with my installation?
