PBEM France unable to enter Turkish Vassals.

France has access through Turkish territory granted.
France is fighting to protect Turkey.
The program however does not allow France access through Wallachia and Moldovia.
Both the Turkish player and French player suspect this is a bug.
Can you please confirm if this is a bug or the program working as intended (is so it is pretty weird).
If is a bug can you assist us in fixing it (game attached).
Alas this is the 3rd PBEM game we have had to restart due to bugs. So your help would be most welcome.

I believe that's a bug from the engine. The vassals will synchronize their attitude regarding peace and war, by looking at their master, but I don't remember them doing the same for passage rights, sorry.
The fastest and best solution for your current game is to add an event having both vassals giving passage right to France in this case. For PBEM games, between people wanting an historical game, it is often needed to script events to work around some of the engine shortcomings.
You can perhaps ask a veteran player that does modding if you don't know, or as a last resort PhilThib (which is a way for a few days) if you don't find the solution.

Thanks Pocus, at least we now know it is a bug.
If you can ask Phil Thib to notify me when he is back on deck that would be great for our group. I can then post him the latest hst file we are up to when he returns.
For now Boney can do nought but fish on the Danube and poke his tongue at the Russians on the other bank

We still haven't fixed this bug, which has resulted in some twisted in game strategies to work around it.
We think we have a solution with the right script to grant access. We just don't know where to put it "exactly".
Can anyone help?

Since this is a general issue with all satellite states*, what might be of good use, would be a set of events which check for a major power having issued rights, and then automatically issuing the same rights to the satellite/vassal.
The question is, how to assess the status of having given rights?
* Are vassal states synonymous with satellite states, or are there differences? If there are differences, what are they?
What are the levels of minor faction relationship with major factions at all?
If I understand correctly, minor factions can be allied with a major faction. Is there a step between ally and satellite?
So many question, so few answers

Our Tech officer still hasn't implemented this yet. When he does I will let you know how it went.
This definitely needs to be in the next patch!

ye satellites and vassals are the same, baring cosmetics.
A patch, that would be the solution. I don't know when time will allow that. Perhaps during the beta of our new game, between 2 bugs report, we can slip* a patch.
*With a glitching device from Heat Signature?
