1.02 Crash Turn 3 1-1805 Scenario

I'm playing with the new official update 1.02. I started a game playing all 7 major nations. I'm in turn 3 and was playing the Prussians and the game crashed on me as I was looking around. I have the AI turned off. I haven't moved any units, basically just doing some RGD's and producing replacements. I only played a couple of nations this morning before the Prussians and hadn't clicked the turn to resolve. Hope this helps make WoN better. I've attached the save folder plus main.txt log file.
