Application error/stalling message during battle

During my Waterloo campaign I keep getting this message during a particular battle. I have run the turn 3 times and this is the third battle of the turn during which the message keep appearing no matter if I press yes, no, or cancel. After the battle is resolved the game crashed. Will be happy to post or send logs/information if anyone will tell me how do it. Attached is the screenshot of the message. Thank you.
