I enact the reform in 1808/01/01 and currently the date is 1809/01/01. Moore a time blocked in London has disappear (like the script says) nearly 1808/06 but nothing happens: always 10 divisions max and brigades only (no "ready division stack" in my pool). Do I have to wait or something goes wrong ?

Will check the event, but nothing wrong with it...On the turn after the reform, the effects should be enacted. Check if you have also 9 Corps HQ (or more) in your build interface...if you do, then it means the event is correctly processed. If you don't, then it means most effects do not apply and I can't see why for now...

I have the 9 Corps HQ (4 deploied 5 in the pool). But i can't form more than 10 divisions
