History of Nations [F5]

Hi, I'm playing the GC with France.
When I press the F5 key, I'm able to see some countries statistics but surprisingly, I don't see all great powers but mostly minor nations (Wurttengerg, bavaria, Sweeden, etc) but not the main guys like Austria or Prussia. Among great Powers I can just see GB and Russia.
Am I missing something ?

IDK maybe I'm missing something, bc I'm always seeing the 7 Major Nations (France, UK, Spain, Austria, Prussia, Russia, and Turkey, plus 3 minor nations, depending on which faction you currently have loaded. For example, Russia might see Saxony, Denmark, and Caucasus Tribes, while Spain sees Hessen, Saxony and Sweden, etc.
I always have 10 flags in the upper right corner of the F5 page.

This is strange ... just have a look at my screenshot ... and see the flags of available countries.

Maybe it has to do with the year, where your forces are, with whom you have peace treaties in affect... I'm just guessing.
