Hi,
How can I form a division in Won?
I know, by selecting a general and some units with CRTL+Left Click, and then clicking "Combine Units". But, no matter which units I choose, this button is always greyed out?

Might be a few things. One is division limits
Division limits
Austria starts with 20.
Britain starts with 10.
Prussia starts with 10.
Russia starts with 40.
Spain starts with 10.

The other is how I form divisions. I use the middle button off to the side of the unit display. I select a general and then select the form division button. Holding down the control key I select units. When done select the plus.
