Patch updates

I am trying to update from 1.02 to the 1.03 Beta patch, but I cannot seem to get it to work. What is the precise path? Thanks!
It is one level up from what seems to be right.
Depending upon where you are installed: Mine is at Matrix Games/Wars of Napoleon
Install at that level. There is usually a default one level down Matrix Games/Wars of Napoleon/NGC. So just back up a level.
