Hello together,

I have an question to the development a region or facility.
How I can see the stand or score of development?
How I can find this theme in the manual?

The development level of a region is shown in the tool-tip of the region. It's also known as the Civilization Level.

To see structures within a city, <Ctrl><Left-Click> on the city sprite in the region. All structures in the region, including the city, will be displayed in the panel at the bottom of the map. If there are too many structures to be displayed at once, you can scroll through them with the mouse-wheel, or click on the arrows at the top-right of the panel. To close the panel, <Left-Click> on any empty point on the map. The structures have tool-tips describing their characteristics, such as production values.
