While trying to optimize my corps during winter downtime, I started thinking.

Do captured supply wagons act any differently then my national supply wagons?

I know wagons do not require any command points, but will captured wagons suffer a command penalty when in a stack controlled by a leader that lacks the trait allowing the use of that specific nationality with out penalty?

Also, ditto for captured tubes - do captured artillery units create stack penalties for movement or combat?

If you have captured them and they do not show a command penalty they are like your own.
