A plan for the Belgium scenario

In most games I've seen on the period, the Waterloo campaign is almost impossible for the French to win against a competent Allied player. I imagine this is the case here, but have not yet made the attempt because I don't really have an idea for a plan of attack that offers any chance of conquering Belgium. Has anyone done it, and had any idea how?

I only played it once and I was quite surprised when I won. It looks daunting as you begin to plan your moves. As I recall, I performed a large number of reoganizaitonal moves in the first couple of turns, such as assigning Soult as a wing commander. I also got a bit lucky because after a pretty costly fight the allies once more split their armies, allowing me an opportunity to counterattack them in detail.
