Hi,

Do the Prussians receive partisans and if so when?

The only cities I have left are Danzig and Konigsberg and I have yet to receive a partisan.

When is that? Prussia does not receive partisans per se, but rather Freikorps. They usually should show up in 1807-1808, most of them in the eastern part. May be give us a save to check what happened.
