Do infantry garrison units which have "depot" in their name provide replacements or conscripts like they do in Rise of Prussia?

No, that's purely a 'cosmetic' term, to tell the player they are of lower quality (they receive 2/3 of militia replacements). May be adding real depot units 'à la ROP' could be interesting?
