Cancel Defensive Alliance

Can it be done?

Playing GB. PR & RU coalition allies. Pr DOW RU. Lose VPs every quarter.

Recently DOW PR then made peace. Now losing VPs again.

Can I cancel defensive alliance with RU?

You should be able, if you click on the defensive treaty line in the diplomacy screen, there should be a tooltip about that also.
