As the french, I continue to get option to buy assault columns (50EP), my question, does getting this more than once accumulate the +2 assault value?

No, you should not even get that option in the first place, as it is cancelled by the mixed order NM...will check.

Note, this is the steam version...which goes back to an earlier question I had concerning patches to the steam version...if simple issues are fixed and the system is stable, "official" patches should be done constantly/immediately.
