Please remove the Dark Blue lettering from the tool tips, so they are easier to read.

Dark blue lettering on a black background makes no sense, and is difficult for many people to read. It truly detracts from the visual magnificence of the game.
I raised this issue a while ago, and a patch introduced a way that was supposed to fix the problem.
Well, the fix worked partially, in that some of the Dark Blue lettering was changed to an easy to read brighter blue. But far too much of the information in the tooltips is still in the murky Dark Blue lettering that is so hard to read against the black background.
It is not a minor issue, if you play as France, and much of the information on your forces and provinces are hidden in the Dark Blue blending into the black.
I really love this game, including Athena, and including the magnificent artwork, but this is so frustrating.

Were are investigating the matter. Normally, the colour used for French tooltips is: $colFRATooltip = $colDodgerBlue1 // 030|144|255|255
It's a light clear blue, very readable....but if you see dark blue, it means the color is not properly read or displayed. Will check and fix for next patch

The light clear blue letters you mention are shown in part of the tooltip, and are very easy to read. Unfortunately, a great deal of the tooltip lettering for French units, areas, and cities is in the Dark Blue I complain of. Both the light blue letters and the Dark blue letters show up in most tooltips.I am not the only one who has seen this.
If you can replace the Dark blue letters with the light blue letters I will be delighted.
Thank you for investigating this. The more I play the game, the more I am impressed by its magnificent scope, beauty, and fidelity to the period.

The change will be in the next beta patch, not today's patch, sorry.

I am delighted that it will be in the next beta patch. It will make the game so much better for me, and others. And you will have removed a very irritating blemish from this jewel of a game.
My gratitude to you and PhilThib for resolving this so quickly.
