As France, what to do after Pressburg and Tilsit? Very quiet

I am just curious on the next best thing to do after Tilsit? Ok, I subdued Sicily, annexed Tuscany and am about to send a force to Sardinia when my transport ships are ready, but since the Tilsit Peace accord, nothing is happening, as I made peace with Russia, and GB is not doing anything at all in Spain. It must be nearing a year now with no action anywhere. An invasion of GB is out of the question, due to lack of war supplies and the strength of the Royal Navy (and crappy French Admirals), so...what do you players usually do after the main 1805/06/07 campaigns are over? Do I attempt Russia now, or just slowly build up in the event of a second Austrian war, or an invasion from Britain? Curious on where to go next - I have some formidable Corps now from the lack of action - adding divisions, the training, etc.

I believe that in 1808 is when the Brits land in Portugal. But its not that impressive of a force if you have already subdued Spain which should act as a shield for the Brits landing (ie attract more French attention while the Brits consolidated their hold on Portugal).

Step by step, french admirals can get better. Starting slowly.

My goal is Spain + Portugal ... Then England.
I am building a powerful fleet since the very beginning (i am playing the very good Vicberg's Enhanced Diplomacy mod now), and in a previous game i've received an expeditionnary fleet from Denmark... So i'm attempting to defeat England.
BUT building a powerful fleet with ED is much more expensive :)
