3/11patch problem with French spain

Restarted with 3/11 patch. Got to march 1806 with normal game play meaning Pressburg and Russian peace. However French Spain appeared in Madrid headed by Napoleons brother and as British alliance member and thus at war with france. Everything else is working fine but this is a killer as it will really screw up Spain game play when the time comes. Previous patches have had a French Spain problem which only appeared late. This is earlier.

better yet, zip and upload the contents of your \Scripts subfolder.
If it's too big, just zip the 20 most recent files in that folder.

trying to upload save file - found it says too large - no idea where to find script files (im an old guy- know war games not computers!!!) will try later. but fwiw i verified im using the 3/11 patch. will try all this later today - sorry
