Tilsit and Duchy of Warsaw

In order to create the Duchy of Warsaw you have to be at war with Prussia. However, when Peace of Tilsit is signed, settle white peace is removing the Duchy and returning it to Prussia.

Hmm, this was not my experience. However, I signed a treaty between France and Prussia with creating the Duchy of Warsaw as a condition.

It's definitely happening. Settle White Peace returns all provinces to the surrendering power which includes the Duchy.
