How is the actual status of Preßburg with the latest Beta-Patch? Can the french force austria to sign Preßburg treaty when Vienna is occupied by the french or can austria deny the treaty?

Yes, with other conditions of NM (FRA>AUS, AUS <75) , conquering troops in Austria (roughly 4-5 divisions of AUS Enemies should do)
