Questions about Minors - Which to attack or not ...?

Hi,

For those who have progressed further than early 1806 I would seek some guidance. The issue is I have no idea which minors I should attack as the French and which will join me voluntarily (and when ...). For instance I activated the Confederation of the Rhine and the summary stated that it would be a satellite of France; and they appear as a Neutral that will not have anything to do with you! Nassau - do I attack it and absorb it a bit at a time or does some event bring it on board ... Any guidance as to what one needs to do or not do with the minors would be appreciated.

Regards,

AKL

History is a good guide. There are many variables from what happened in history, but this is a good starting point.
Now work on diplomatic options with the Confederation of the Rhine so they fully join you side. Poland is likewise a potential topic. Do not forget that both Prussia and Austria can become allies.
Warscore is a concept introduced in PON but new for many players of WON. Watch this number also to guide you.

Aye, I have a very good grasp of the Napoleonic era's history. However, three months of requests (12 turns) of having every offer turned down by a satellite I created (Confed Rhine) is a bit 'unsettling', won't even allow access .... asked 9 times. On allies with Prussia and Austria - playing on Lt level now and it's hard to imagine them being a real threat. Hopefully the AI will build them up and provide some form of unified challenge.

Cheers,
