feb 17 beta patch

patch loaded.. Boulogne still blockaded with no British ships in the sea zone
Prussia attacked Bavaria with out going to war with France

Parallel wars are really something frustrating

Looks OK in mine!
Look in the \Logs for
!MainLog.txt and be sure the patch loaded correctly
should see:
Game Engine version: NGC 1.02 Public Beta, Feb17-2016

I reloaded the patch brought up the game screen which said that the patch was there, but Boulogne was still blockaded
In.... My Games\war of N\NGC\Log .... the log is empty
in ....Program (86)\Matrix games\wofn .....there is no log file
The NGC file indicate that all the files in it were updated except for graphics and sound.
