Issues with "Casus-Belli" and Defensive Treaty

I am playing France in the 1805 Grand Campain. France starts with a Defensive Treaty with Spain. England lands some troops in Spain. Spain does a "Casus-Belli" which I ignore because I am already at WAR with England. Several turns later, the "Casus-Belli" expires and I am access 149 Victory Points(VP). I don't understand what I am supposed to do. Do I need to Declare War on England again to keep for losing the VP?
I am using the Feb 4th patch. I did not notice this happening in prior versions but it may have.

It's true. It's the same for me with Feb 4th patch. Can't declare war on England if already in war.

As near as I can tell, yes. Every time England does something to Spain {Assuming a CB is not already in effect}, I get a new CB which when expires causes me VP.

I see in the game log
The defensive treaty we have with France give us a Casus Belli against Great Britian, as they are attacking our Ally.
It happens every month. When it expires, France loses 106 victory points.
And the next month, we get a new CB.

Also VP hits to Great Britain and Austria from CB.

The error is fixed on our side. We will provide another patch this week.

From my understanding the 'fix' will be that if you are already at war with a faction and there is a situation which would normally give you a CB against that faction, the CB will not occur. This will be a general rule, and independent of specific factions.
