I have seiged some cities and captured some "Supply Depot 1805" units. They can't move. {Very slowly, 25 days per region}

What can you do with those. I have tried dropping them into the captured cities but that does not seem to work. Can they supply my troop?

What are they good for?

yes, they are non moving, high capacity, supply wagons.
