I would love the Regional Census window have a colum for the development level of a region.
That would sure make finding regiond to use your Develop Territory card in the Regional Decisions easier.
I am sure I will have more.

I would chose the road.
You want to know the value of the roads from point A to point B. There is no way in the Regional Census sort cities by path so it is far easier to find the road values along a path by using the map than by determining the city and looking up the road value in the Regional Census.

Yes good point, retrospectively knowing in a list the specific value of the transportation level is not much useful.

Hey, we all do things that seemed like a good idea at the time.
Road Levels and Development Levels are not directly related. Is there some way to raise the road level?

It took me a long time to figure out RGD means Regional Decision.
I could not place one either. Not sure it is needed, just was a question because I was thinking about roads.
