In a PBEM game I'm currently playing (as Ottomans) I took the Expert Embassies national modifier, which according to the description is supposed to give access to the "Expert Ambassador" RGD. I've no idea what it does, but it seemed more useful than anything else I had available (bonuses to infantry aren't much use to a country whose only infantry are really terrible and cost 3NM each to train).

Many turns have passed since then, and I've yet to see this RGD become available, or any other benefits from the national modifier appear. Am I missing something, or is there a bug at work here?

No bug, the RGD is not yet operational...instead you receive 3 extra diplomats each year

Nope, in fact I checked (was a recent improvement) and it's 5 diplomats extra every quarter...much more powerful :cool:

Description should probably be changed if no RGD though
