Pressburg Event - When should it occur?

I've captured Vienna, current Morale is 155, Austrian is 61 and most of the French Army is in Austria. When should the Pressburg Event fire in F4? BTW the date is August 16-21 (I started in January 1805).

It should happen as soon as you capture Wien.

I'm several turns past having captured Wien...and nothing....

Is there a way to test to see if the Event is working properly???

StartEvent = evt_nam_FRA_PeaceOfPressburg_On|1|0|NULL|NULL|NULL|NULL

That explains it....thanks so much. Gives me time to further crush the Austrians.
