The "Thoroughbred Mounts" National Modifier description is not included in the list.

Thanks. Will check these because they are present inside the descriptive text (but you need to refer to the effect guide for now or wait till it is acquired). I believe the tooltip could be improved showing the effect text

agreed, it's frustrating to choose some National Modifiers without knowing at least what sort of effect they have : I am not asking for "gives +10% to x or that", but at least "will make french cavalry faster, or more durable, or x".
