Hey guys.
Does MTSG works the same way as in CW2 or like in EAW? I mean whether you need army structure and shared command? Or just 2 stars leaders?

Cw2 style.
Furthermore. Lot of nations can't have Corps early on until they develop needed army reforms, as they did in history. French have upper hand in early Army organisation.
