Possible bug? Related to war supplies.

The tooltip says I should have 665 in war supplies. Unfortunately, I have none. I am unable to build more units. And U have not bought anything this turn. It just finished from processing. Could it be replacement issues as well?

I've encountered the same issue from time to time H and I'm afraid I have no explanation to offer. It would take a bevy of replacements to burn through 665 supplies, but in any case if this shows up immediately after processing any replacements you have "in stock" would already have been payed for in previous turns.

Yes, that is what I thought. It had been my experience as well, that the replacements were taken before the turn not after the turn, so there should be war supplies.
This may be game breaking for my current game which would be very disappointing.
