Enemy admiral captured

I just assaulted and won an enemy harbour and captured two dreadnoughts / battlecruisers, and an enemy admiral who incorporated one of my army corps...

This has also happened to me, as WE, i think it was Hipper or Speer.

Indeed, managed to capture four dreadnoughts from the Russians in Nikolayev along with Kolchak himself-not entirely a-historical either, considering how many times those ships changed hands during the war, in the Black sea at least. The Ice Cruise of the Baltic fleet was also seen as quite the achievement
