Norway is with bug, its 100 entente but refuse join the war.

Because it won't, ever. It's a neutral country and will not participate in the war, even if pro Entente (or pro CP) at 100+ level. Same for Sweden

Cant u guys put that cross simbol of neutral that make it go towards 50% each turn? Because the way it is give the idea that norway can join the war like a lot of other countrys , and u ending losing one diplomat that u could had used in other country.

Probably would be better to have diplomats excluded from being played on true neutrals. I'll look at doing so for one of the upcoming patches (not sure it'll make it in for the expansion though).

I think the neutrals still play a role with economic support, no? If they do, I would keep them in but add an explanation that they are true neutrals.
