Improve The U-Boot War

My biggest disappointment in the game is the U-Boot war. :(
This is certainly to me, because I find U-Boot war is itself highly thrilling, interesting and I also served on an U-Boot in the military.

I was very happy when I heard that I can handle U-Boots in an AGEOD game soon.
Unfortunately my expectations and my wishes have not been fulfilled.

For me, the U-Boot war in To End All Wars is totally unsatisfactory.

I hope so much that during the product maintenance AGEOD finds ways to improve the use of the U-Boots.

So one might begin to correct the current, absurd manning of U-Boots of 100-150 man.

Even a reworking of graphics in specific countries and historically accurate pictures would make me happy (We have beautiful graphics for surface ships, but boring graphics for the U-Boots).

What else can be done to make the U-Boot war in To End All War more exciting and challenging?

The whole naval warfare system needs help, but I agree that U-Boats in particular could use some love.

They do need to focus on the land war/AI at the moment, but I hope that naval warfare is on the map at least.

I've not played the CP yet so haven't experienced the submarine war but I'd like to see the concept of unrestricted submarine warfare included, maybe by a political option. The step change to unrestricted submarine warfare would sink more merchant ships but with an increased chance of swinging public opinion in the US towards the Entente.

Unrestricted submarine warfare is included. The more merchants CP sink, the more angry US gets.
