More CP information please.

When hovering the mouse over the envelope when a stack is selected I should be able to see more that just required command and provided command.
I should be able to somehow see a breakdown of:
a) What is going in to the provided command as well as any bonuses or penalties and where they are coming from. I should see for example General John Smith (+24), Signal Brigade (+2), Out of Command Chain (-50%), etc.
b) Likewise for the required command.
This would make it much easier to organize my forces and understand what is going on.
