Just started playing TEAW but can’t seem to past 1915 1916 without critical error game terminated crash happening.
I have tried reloaded old saves but always to get this point and it comes up. Very frustrating so is there a solution to this?

I guess Ageod games are not supported anymore.
But anyway, have you a save with a reproducible crash?

Yea I have the old saves. Seems to always crash on the same turn Late Sept 1915. No way around it. Guess I'll try starting another game.

May you post the save in question?

I think these are the right files.
This is another game I started. Same result.
Can never get past 1916 with out the critical error application terminated bug happening.
Tried many restarts, reloads, and reboots and still always happens.

Which side are you playing with?
Western Entente? Manage to run the turn without problems.

I was playing Eastern Ent.
Really? I always get the crash.

Run the turn as the Eastern Entente without problems either.
This is the result.

So why is it not working for me?
Brand new computer, Windows 10.
I have the game at D:\SteamLibrary
Always at mid game there is a huge slow down in turns processing and then a crash?

I do not know why.
The turn needs time here on my old laptop, too many units I guess.
But no crashes.

If it always crashes Sept 1915, then you might try this, don't make any move in that turn, just save and run.
Are you making a selection of an option at that time?
I do have one other thought. Perhaps if you are playing Ai you play several turns in a row. This does tend to fill up the buffers, so you might do two turns, exit the game and resume, especially during those turns right around when the game crashes.
