Hello,

I met a critical error when ending turn late April 1915.

I tried to update my steam version to 1.04 but it seems to have failed as the version shown is still 1.03.1 august 2016...

I am not sure about steam based games, but in a non-steam application an access violation almost always means you have not run the game in administrative mode. I know steam does not provide this option to run a game, so you might make sure your steam application is set to run in administrative mode.
