Hi we have the traffic rule on high, and it's affecting fleets sailing through sea areas. Is this WAD?

This will be fixed, and improved in the first public beta of patch 1.03.

Really good new!

For me one of big probleme is big rail move troop for help attack or defence area, same big far.

Traffic Penalty affects ships FYI
